Business Analyst (BA)
Job Summary:
* Transforming user requirement into business requirement definition (BRD)
* Ensuring the application is standard
* Improving the business process through application
* Enhancing the application capability to support business
Job Requirements:
* S1 from any discipline - Computer background will be preferred
* Understand the insurance business, system concept
* Good communication skill and good analytical thinking
* Target oriented or be able to work under pressure/tight deadline
* Working experience 3-5 years in Insurance or as a BA
Other Requirements:
* Creative and dynamic person
