HR MANAGER (PDHM)

Location: Muara Teweh, Kalimantan Tengah
HR MANAGER (PDHM)

Qualification :

* Gender: MALE
* Minimum of age: 32 years old
* S1 degree in Management / Psychology / Law from reputable university, with minimum GPA of 2.75
* Has 10 years of working experience in HR field, with at least 3 years in managerial level
* Good exposure in recruitment, training, people development and other related HR function
* Has working experience in mining, forestry, or plantation
* Understand about Indonesian labor law, legal and permit
* Willing to be place in other city
* Strong leadership, good communication & negotiation skill, good analytical thinking, detail oriented
