We are currently looking candidate to fill in the position of:
SAN STORAGE ENGINEER II (SSE II)
Requirements:
* Education : Tertiary education (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) in Computer Science or Electro- Telecommunication.
* Deep knowledge : SAN Storage, NAS, SAN Switches, Fibre Channel, FCIP, iSCSI, Data Replication.
* Experience: 1 – 3 years in System Administrator (Windows/ Unix/ Linux).
* Possesses excellent installation and trouble shooting Hardware and Software.
* Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational skills and strong stress management skills.
* Able to manage escalation situations and customer experience.
