PT Meratus Jaya Iron & Steel , a joint venture company between PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) and PT Antam Tbk, operating in an integrated steel industry. PT Meratus Jaya Iron & Steel, a growing Iron and Steel Company as a pioneer of Iron & Steel Industry in Batulicin Tanah Bumbu, South Kalimantan Province, we are seeking for employee who has competence, integrity and dedicated to joint with us for the positions of:

Senior Engineer - Power Plant
Roles and Responsibility

* Review all engineering documents of power plant package in coordination with Prosys Consultant
* Review procurement document and monitor of equipment procurement
* Assist Construction Manager to coordinate site construction work of Power Plant area (Civil work, Erection, Inspection)
* Coordinate power plant commissioning and tests
* Responsible and report to Project Manager eventually and regularly

Requirements:

* S1 in Mechanical Engineering from reputable universities, preferably majoring in Mechanical
* Minimum of 10 years hands-on in industrial project environment preferably in power plant, oil & gas and petrochemical area
* Minimum 3 years serving as Senior Engineer or equivalent in Power Plant Project
* Excellent understanding of engineering and other construction drawings
* Working knowledge of computers like Microsoft Office Application (Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Power Point)
* Multi-disciplinary coordination between owner, contractors and consultants
* Flexible and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment
* Decisive and able to work well under pressure, particularly when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
* English mastery is a must

Job Basis:

* To be based in project site at Batulicin, Kalimantan Selatan
* 1 year contract based with automatic extension until the completion of project at work
