Oxford University Press, one of the world’s leading educational publishers, is looking for a Country Manager to run our representative office in Jakarta. This new position is responsible for all aspects of Oxford University Press’ business in Indonesia, with a particular emphasis on ELT.

The Role include :
- Leading all aspects of our sales and marketing function, including promotion, key client management and marketing
- Planning and carrying out school visits, exhibitions, seminar and presentation across Indonesia
- Coordinating communication between OUP Indonesia, local distributor, UK head office, and overseas publishing centres

The ideal candidate will have an excellent command of English, educated to a degree level (or higher), and have at least five years solid sales experience or B2B.

Other desirable experience and qualifications include :
- Work experience in educational services or publishing industry
- Strong computer skills, including database and direct mail marketing
- Marketing and campaign planning
- Sales forecasting and budgeting
- Recruitment and training

Candidates must be willing to travel extensively in and outside of Jakarta and outside of Java Island to other parts of country.

Office Administrative

The candidate must have :
- Good command of English
- Exelent skills with Microsoft Office
- Minimum two years experience in similiar role
- Good comunication and organization skill
