Service Operation Director
(Myanmar)

Responsibilities:

Coordinating the service operations to ensure achievement of service targets, both quality and quantity wise, within schedule
Handling 15 branches in providing after sales service, distributing the equipments applying the Toyota system
Train and motivate subordinates and ensure the highest level of motivation within the team
The achievement of set quality and quantity targets in service operation, as you will be relied upon to increase efficiency pertinent to the entire aspects of service operational management, service development, technical support, warranty claim, network development, man power, tools, service card, upgraded service, cost/quality/inventory control of the process and budget management

Requirements:

POSSESSING AN UNDERSTANDING AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE TOYOTA SYSTEM OPERATION, you should at least present five (5) years experience in a managerial post with a proven track record of delivery and results gained from a heavy equipment industry companies
Open for any nationality
A Master degree holder in engineering
Possesses high level of maturity and can command respect with good problem solving, negotiation and convincing abilities
High level of personal integrity and uncompromising personal ethics as well as ability to profess the company’s corporate values of empowerment and trust
An effective team LEADER who can work with and as part of a team with good interpersonal and managerial skills
Ability to evaluate and minimize risks, as well as understand the quality management system
Effective verbal and written English communication skills
