Responsibilities:

* Preparing tender document (mechanical and electrical drawing and bill of quantity)
* Conducting quality control for mechanical and electrical project
* Controlling project progress and making progress report

Requirements:

* Male, age maximum 28 years old
* Hold min Bachelor / Diploma Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* Good understanding in Autocad 2D/3D and MS Project
* Honest, discipline, good personality, high loyalty and integrity
* Able to work under pressure
* Willing to travel

Assistant Chief Engineer (Code: ACE)
Responsibilities:

* Preparing daily equipment operation schedule for commercial building
* Preparing preventive maintenance schedule and budget for commercial building maintenance
* Controlling preventive maintenance schedule and standard operation procedure for equipment maintenance
* Prepare monthly report of operation and maintenance

Requirements:

* Male, age maximum 28 years old
* Hold min Bachelor / Diploma Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* Good understanding in Computer Application, as MS Office, Excel, Power Point
* Having minimum 2 years experience in maintenance engineering building
* Honest, discipline, good personality, high loyalty and integrity
* Able to work under pressure
* Willing to travel
* Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
