Operational Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Identify, develop, analyze, and evaluate overall business plan and strategy
* Supervise, coordinate and direct all line managers toward achievement of company's
* Involve in core deliverables such as increasing brand awareness, bringing in new customers, and coordinating public relations efforts
* Involve in budgeting, customer service, data analysis, and a variety of other business
* Be responsible for developing policies and managing the daily operations of the business, including efficient use materials and human resources.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master in Management would be highly advantageous.
* Min. 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Female, with age range 30-43 years old
* Very fluent in English
* Good Communication skills
* Confident, with great leadership attitude
