RMX Construction Project Superintendent
(Jawa Barat - Narogong Plant and Cilacap Plant)

Responsibilities:

Scope of works:
This position has the tasks to deliver new batch plant operations to the Production Team as per the budget expectations and business expansion timelines. This position also has a role to assist the RMX Plant & Development Manager to ensure the Holcim concrete business is aligned to the strategic direction for the business, the RMX & Aggregates Directorate and the Holcim Group.

Requirements:

Education:
University graduate in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Graduate from Senior High School with 10 years experience in Concrete Industry
Experience:
More than 5 years in Concrete (or like) industry
Management experience – At least 2 years at Team Leader level
Technical / Sales and Production experience in Concrete Industry
Computer literacy:
Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and SAP User
Able to use Autocad 2D/3D would be an added value
Language:
Good command in English both oral & written
Other qualification / skills:
Good knowledge in civil or mechanical engineering, from the stage of plant design, planning, budgeting, construction, trial and commissioning; using the updated tools and /or software
A good standard of the management skills, communication, responsibility, acceptability, leadership, decision-making, organization, motivation, personnel development and works well under time pressure
Possess excellent analytical and communication skills, combined with an enthusiastic and well balanced approach to the job
Possess a working knowledge of all relevant statutory legislation with regards to industrial relations, health & safety and the environment
