Mining Manager
Qualification:
S1 from faculty of mining engineering or geology
Min. 10 years experience in mining industry
Able to make a work plan, annual budget and production analys
Posses POU certificate
Mine Planning & Development Manager (MPDM)
Qualification:
S1 from faculty of mining engineering or geology
Min. 10 years experience in mining industry
Capable of using Surpac Software, Minescpae and Minex
Posses POM certificate
Mine Planning & Development Superintendent (MPDS)
Qualification:
S1 from faculty of mining engineering or geology
Min. 5 years experience in mining industry
Capable of using Surpac Software, Minescpae and Minex
Posses POM certificate
Mining Engineering (ME)
Qualification:
S1 from faculty of mining engineering or geology
Min. 2 years experience in mining industry
Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process
Capable of using Surpac Software, Minescpae and Minex
Human Resources and General Affairs (HRGA)
HR Manager (HRM)
Qualification:
Male, S1 in Psychology/Law/HR Management
Having knowledge of manpower regulations/indonesian labor law and its implemen, have sound knowledge & experience in HR policy and procedures, strong in company’s regulation, knowledgeable in compensation and benefit.
Min. 3 years experience in the same position
External Relation (ER)
Qualification:
Male or female, age maximal 40 years old
S1 in Mass Communication or Public Relation
Min. 5 years experience
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skill
Able to handle cmmunity relations issues
Secretary (SEC)
Qualification:
Female, good looking, age max. 28 years old
Min. D3 degree in secretary with min. 3 years of relevant working experience
Excellent communication skill in English
Resepsionist (REC)
Qualification:
Female, good looking, age 20-25 years old
Min. D3 from any disciplines
Fluently in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Experience in front liner / receptionist min. 1 year
