Risk Management Head (Banking)

A well established multi finance company is seeking for an experienced individual with strong analytical skill and experience in implementing risk management system. They are looking for a humble person, yet possess good communication skill to work directly with the President Director, bringing a new culture to the company in risk management. You will have solid people management experience as well as highly commercial and analytical skills. You will be a stickler for detail, strategic, and results driven.

Responsibilities:

Identify and eliminate any potential risks to the assets, earning capacity or success of organization
Planning, designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organization.
Risk assessment, which involves analyzing risks, identifying, describing and estimating the risk affecting the business
Evaluating risks by comparing estimated risks with criteria established by the company
Monitor, evaluate and challenge the organization’s success in managing its risks
Working closely with the team and other internal stakeholders to develop and implement risk strategy based on the market research and analysis.
Corporate governance involving external risk reporting to stakeholders
Reporting the risk assessment to the Board of Directors

Requirements:

Holds at least Bachelor Degree in related fields
Having at least 5 years of experience in related fields
Previous experience in risk management of a multi finance company is highly regarded Experience in developing and implementing risk management, specifically in a multinational company is an advantage
Creativity and ability to develop new ideas to evaluate risks
Outstanding track record in risk management
Hold BSMR certificate is an advantage
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
A humble person with good communication and presentation skills with the management level
Strong leadership and ability to work in a team
Ability to multitasking
