Currently, one of our subsidiary is looking for an individual who will be providing the management team with meaningful and timely information on the status of company’s performance in order to assist in achieving bottom line results..
1. SENIOR GEOLOGIST
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree majoring Geology / Geological Engineering
• Min. 10 years of practical experience in reputable Mining Company (some experiences in Mining Consultant Company is a plus); preferably has mixed experiences in handling multi resources
• Advanced technical knowledge of Geology for coal & various type of mineralization
• Demonstrates ability to manage large & technically complex project
• Able to lead & manage prospecting team in order to finding, confirming & analyzing new mining sites (Experience in supervising technical professionals & non-technical staff is a must)
• Good interpersonal & negotiation skill
2. SENIOR STAFF LEGAL
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree majoring Law (preferably from reputable university)
• Min. 5 years experience in Mining Company
• Understand legal procedure of mining company (including “KP”), legal issue in mining business including permits & licensing and drafting/reviewing agreements
• Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skill to dealing with local government
3. MINING OPERATIONS MANAGER
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree from reputable university in Mining Engineering
• Min. 15 years comprehensive experience in reputable Mining Company, with min 8 years in managerial level (experience in leading mining department from exploration until shipment, including coordinating, controlling technical activities: handling mine operation, mine planning, mining projects, etc)
• Familiar with mining software/program such as : minescape, strat model, opencut, etc.
• Excellent communication skills in Indonesia and English (oral & written)
