GoodHope Asia Holdings Limited is the groups’ plantations in Indonesia who has a land bank in excess of 100,000 hectares of plantations and mills in several provinces of Indonesia. In line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals to be placed in regions of Indonesia.
Assistant - Purchasing [APUR]
(Jakarta Raya, Kalimantan Barat)
Responsibilities:
Prepare import and export documentation
Presenting customs documents and certification at regulatory bodies
Coordinate with internal transport & clearing agents, and handle banking correspondence
Supervise loading at site coordinate with Forwarders to ensure suppliers meets the cut-offs
Coordinate the temporary warehousing arrangements required in Jakarta
Represent export consignments and verify weight/quality parameters
Requirements:
Male/female, age 25 - 35 years old and good health
Candidate MUST possess at least a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Required language(s): English (active) is required
Able to operate computer (Ms. Office) is required
Must be willing to be placed at remote plantation area (Kalimantan based)
Preferably senior staffs specializing in purchasing/inventory/material & warehouse management or equivalent.
