Claim Analyst

Responsibilities:
Responsible for asessing claims (life & health), creating notification of suspended claims, claim payment and or rejection claims, creating GPR for claim payment process, handling email, walk-in & telephone query.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Nursing, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
At least 2 years experience in similar position in insurance industry.
Fluent in english both oral & written.
Excellent communication skills, able to work underpressure and good team work.
