Excel Performa Consulting is a management consulting which is looking for the right candidate to strengthen the IT Team on following position:

Java Developer
(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:
General Requirements :
Male or Female
D3 / S1 in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent. Other major is welcome to apply with relevant working experience.
Having experience in software development. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
Having good communication and interpersonal skill.
Having good analytical and problem solving skill.
Able to work individually or as a team with under pressure environment.
Self motivated, hard working, smart working, logical thinker, fast learner.
Level :
Junior, Middle, Senior, Designer, and Team Leader (depends on level of experience, knowledge, and skill)
Specific Requirements :
Having programming capability in Java environment (J2SE and/or J2EE)
Good knowledge in HTML + Javascript. Good knowledge in AJAX is preferable.
Good knowledge and skill in using framework, i.e. Spring, Struts, Hibernate.
Good knowledge and skill in using application server, i.e. Tomcat, Oracle WebLogic, IBM WebSphere.
Familiar with RDBMS Engine (i.e. Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Having experience on Reporting Service (i.e. Crystal Report, Jasper Report) would be an advantage.
Web / graphical design skills would be desirable.
Experience with Web Server will carry remark.
Experience with Testing Tools or Framework will carry remark.
Comprehensive understanding on OOP and database design.
Having knowledge and skill to specify technical requirement and solution.
Having knowledge in SDLC and modelling language.
