Job IT Helpdesk at PT Asaba Computer Centre
Location: Jakarta
The team acts as the point of contact for our customers. We receive incoming calls/reports through email/short service message, obtain the necessary details, provide support, and communicate with the internal parties in term of escalation. The team only provides remote support. For the on site support, there is a separate internal team that will take care of it.
Requirements:
- having good basic knowledge in IT which means possessing the ability to instal PC, to set up printers, network, and IP address.
- the candidate is not necessary from Information Technology or Computer Science educational background. Everyone who possess the abilities
- willing to work in shift and on national holidays, including Hari Raya.
