Leader Customer Service

Responsibilities:

Monitoring and coordinating daily duties of customer services staff
Scheduling and plotting of customer service position daily
Advise and check the quality of customer service staff
Handling complaints and provide problem solutions

Collecting report

Requirements:

Male, single max 28 years of age
Min D3 any discipline
Min 2 years experience as a Customer Service Leader or related
Good command in English, written & oral
Strong personality & communication skill, good appearance, pleasant personality and good leadership
Hard working and able to work on shift duty
