PT Manufacturers Hanover Leasing Indonesia, owned by Manufacturers Hanover Leasing Corporation (MHLC) of USA by 70% and the rest held by Indonesian shareholders. In 1986 MHLC divested all its shareholding and sold it to the Ongko Group.

1. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM
a. MARKETING (Code: MMTP)
b. Remedial (Code: RMTP)
c. OPERATION (Code: OMTP)
d. HUMAN RESOURCE (Code: HMTP)
requirements:
Maximum age 28 years and preferably not married
The all majors (a, b, d), Accounting / Management (c) GPA min. 2.75
Experience and understanding in the field of Sales & Marketing at similar companies, banks, consumer goods are preferred (a)
Have experience in collection, handling past due accounts / non-performing loans (b)
Personal dynamic, has a high spirit of learning and are able to communicate well and good leadership
Willing to be placed throughout the region in Indonesia & undergo a bond company
2. SYSTEM & PROCEDURE SPECIALIST (code: SPS)
requirements:
Male, age max 30 years old and preferably not married
Min. S1 all the majors
Experience and understanding of the systems & procedures / Internal Auditor at Bank / Multifinance at least 2 years (preferred), master Visio, the system document
Personal dynamic, assertive, able to communicate well, good analytical thinking, team player
