General responsibility:
* Provide a talent sourcing (internal and external) system; responsible for recruitment process and development program.
General Requirement:
1. Demonstrated ability to interact with employee and third parties
2. Analytical, Motivating, Organization, Problem Solving ability
3. Leadership and Communication skill
4. Minimum 4 years experience in recruitment and assessment, including management experience or combination education and experience
5. Graduated from Psychology or related field
6. Excellent English and computer literate
