PT Grand Spot the leading call centre solutions provider is seeking independent programmer to modify create and manage our web administration pages for agents’ management and reporting.

Responsibilities:
• Working closely with the web designer to develop and maintain content management & web applications.
• Gather and translate business requirements into application design and functionality.
• Evaluate and integrate new web technologies to meet business/marketing needs.

Requirements:
• Proficient in PHP, XML, CSS, Javascript, VB.NET, Photoshop, Dreamweaver.
• Proficiency with MySQL, MS SQL Server
• Knowledge of Asterisk or VoIP devices is an added advantage
• Min 2 years of programming experience
• Experience in call centre/telecommunication is an added advantage
• Able to handle projects independently and work with minimum supervision
• Positive working attitude, able to work in tight schedule & strong problem solving skills
• Independent, self starter with energy for the Internet business and able to think out of the box.
